SolidScreen™ Vent Protection System
Natural gas pressure regulator vents require protection from birds, rodents, insects, and debris while maintaining proper airflow. For years, this protection has relied on thin mesh screens that can corrode, deteriorate over time, become damaged during maintenance, or be easily removed.
SolidScreen was developed to provide a stronger, longer-lasting solution. Constructed from durable stainless steel, SolidScreen threads directly into a reduced 90-degree elbow, creating a secure and reliable installation. The threaded design and integrated locking tab allow the screen to be positively locked into position once installed.
Available in a variety of sizes, SolidScreen is designed to fit common regulator vent applications across residential, commercial, and industrial gas systems. Installation is quick and straightforward using the specially designed SolidScreen installation tool.

SolidScreen is available in sizes to fit the most common natural gas pressure regulator vent applications. All units are constructed from 304 stainless steel and include the integrated locking tab.
